Under the title "China’s Path to the Stars – An Insight into Chinese Spaceflight," we are kicking off the next round of our regular roundtable series.
We are once again delighted to be hosted by the TCC Founders' Center in Chemnitz!
I therefore cordially invite you to our next event on
Wednesday, May 20, at 5:45 PM
at the TCC Founders' Center, Technologie-Campus 1.
As our keynote speaker for this event, I am particularly looking forward to welcoming Professor Haidn, Professor of Space Propulsion Systems at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Spaceflight occupies a unique position within the scientific landscape: it serves as a technological melting pot where innovations from a wide variety of disciplines converge to form a highly complex, integrated system. While research in this field traditionally operates across borders, the perspective on the rapid developments within China's space program often remains incomplete here in Germany. Professor Haidn will provide us with a well-founded overview of spaceflight in China. Drawing upon his many years of experience in direct collaboration and on-site teaching, he will share his insights from one of the most dynamic fields of research of our time.
Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity to ask our expert questions directly, as well as to network, discuss your own projects and potential collaborations with China, and engage in conversation with fellow attendees.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Please register in advance with Benjamin Schreiber via email at: benjamin.schreiber@etit.tu-chemnitz.de
You are also welcome to forward this invitation to interested colleagues.
We particularly look forward to welcoming participants from the fields of academia and business, as well as representatives from public administration, start-ups, and anyone with expertise in—or an interest in—China or spaceflight.
We look forward to seeing you there!
